Bio

Venla Tammisalo works as a researcher at the REAL Research Centre. She studies the effectiveness of support in early childhood education and primary education in the Tampere urban area. Venla graduated with a Master's degree in Education in 2021 and started her doctoral studies at the Tampere University in 2022. In her PhD, she examines the wellbeing of early childhood education workers who work in natural environments.
